Medical Receptionist

Scarborough, Ontario

Medpoint is seeking a friendly, organized medical receptionist who can support patients and the clinical team in a busy community practice. Strong English communication skills are required. Additional language skills, including Chinese, Hindi and other languages spoken in our community, are an asset.

Key responsibilities

Answer clinic phones and respond to messages
Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
Register patients and assist with intake
EMR and patient data entry
Respond promptly to general patient inquiries
Assist patients at reception and help maintain a clean, welcoming front-desk area

Previous medical-office and EMR experience, including Accuro or ABELMed, is an asset. New graduates may also be considered.
